One-to-One Meditation

I'm calmer, happier, and less stressed

Mike is a great teacher. I’d never really meditated before, but he made it all sound clear and easy to understand. I noticed that practising made me calmer, happier, and less stressed, which has been invaluable during trying times working as a healthcare worker.

The benefits of One-to-One Meditation Lessons

  • Kickstart your practice.
  • Work through meditation 'blind spots'.
  • Reduce stress and feel happier.

Meditation apps are great, and have exploded in popularity in recent years. But there's something to be said for being given tailored, one-to-one, and custom instruction. Compared to apps, I can help to work through your meditation ‘blind spots’ and improve your technique, taking your practice to the next level.

What I offer

If you're just getting started or if you feel your meditation practice has gotten a little stale, my One-to-One Meditation Lessons might be the kickstart that you need with your practice. If you want to be less stressed, more productive, and ultimately, happier, personalised meditation lessons could be just the ticket.

One-to-One Meditation Lessons

  • 5 private sessions over 5 weeks.
  • Personalised tuition based on your needs.

  • Or work on deepening your practice if you're experienced.
  • Payment plans available on request.

There's no substitute for one-on-one instruction

I’d been using Headspace for year or two, but wanted to take my practice to the next level as using the app was starting to get a bit stale. Having a teacher who I could ask questions to made all the difference. There is no substitute for one-on-one instruction, and my progress has increased significantly since our lessons. I’m more present on a day-to-day basis. Thanks!
