Work-related stress is an epidemic
There has never been a better time to invest in the wellbeing of your staff. Indeed, research has shown that investing in staff mental health is a no brainer (pardon the pun):
According to a Deloitte report, for every £1 employers spend on supporting employees' mental health, they get £5 back on their investment in reduced presenteeism, absenteeism, and staff turnover.
"Smart, forward-thinking employers are investing in staff wellbeing, and those who do tend to save money in the long run. This report shows the link between prioritising staff wellbeing and improved loyalty and productivity; and decreased sickness, absence, and resignations."
– Paul Farmer, Chief Executive of Mind
Why work with me?
Unlike most meditation teachers, I know what it’s like to work in a corporate environment. I have almost a decade of experience working in corporations. When I’m not teaching meditation, I continue to work as an independent economic and political risk analyst for a number of internationally renowned global research houses.
My joint corporate and meditation experience is what makes me stand out from other teachers. I’m just as comfortable presenting to corporate clients about global economic trends as I am about meditation. I've taught meditation to finance firms, start-ups, government departments, wellbeing businesses, charities, and many more, in classes as large as 50 people in some cases. Put simply, I know how to speak a language which your staff will understand. And will give them tools to improve their own mental wellbeing.
Great for team building!
It’s amazing how such a seemingly small and simple change to my morning routine has transformed the rest of my day. I’m far clearer headed and more focused…and come to think of it, happier. I’d never done meditation before but some of the people in my group had. That didn’t matter. The course is so well run that people of all levels can benefit and practice together. It was great for team building. Thanks so much Mike!
What I offer
I offer Corporate Meditation Workshops, which utilise my meditation experience and corporate background. These include a ‘Five Week Introduction to Meditation’ programme, or they can be customised to suit your organisation’s needs. Workshops are a time-efficient way to improve staff wellbeing, productivity, and focus in the workplace.

His corporate background shone through
I 'd already meditated for a few years before the course, but still found it really useful. Mike gave us some great tips to improve wellbeing at home and in the workplace. His corporate background shone through, and made his teachings very relevant to working in a corporate setting. I have massively benefitted. Thanks!

Ever tried a silent meditation retreat? I didn’t think so. Well, a ‘10-Day Silent Torture Prison’ would be more accurate name for it, as I discovered in Northern India.
Excellent course and teaching
Excellent course and teaching - a great way to relax while also learning. Our Introduction to Meditation course has been informative while also providing us with time to put our new techniques into practice, in a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend.
